The Television Syndication Company (TVS) is a full-service syndication and distribution organization that provides the best of new programming from the world’s most creative producers to broadcast outlets worldwide.  The company’s services include barter syndication in the USA; cash licensing worldwide; associated offices that cover the globe; and active acquisition of programming.

TVS is known for the wide catalog of programs available for cash licensing both domestically and internationally. Genres include documentaries, children’s, reality, sports, lifestyle, and travel among others. The company has licensed programs to major broadcasters throughout the USA and the world. TVS attends the main TV markets, including NATPE, MIPTV, MIPCOM and the MultiMedia Market for in-flight entertainment. Associate offices cover other markets including DISCOP and the Asia Television Forum.

TVS has 8 series playing weekly in syndication in the USA including children’s educational series Real Life 101, Sports Stars of Tomorrow, Future Phenoms; lifestyle series Positively Paula, Small Town Big Deal, Intelligence for Your Life, P. Allen Smith GardenStyle and Ron Hazelton’s Housecalls, and sports series, Raceweek. The company also syndicates a summer run, How to Do Florida. Additionally, TVS syndicates annual specials including The Florida Citrus Parade.

In 2014, TVS and Sunrise Entertainment in Singapore formed a joint venture, TVS Asia. The dual representation of the companies’ catalogues enables them to better serve the world. Along the same line, in 2015, TVS and Network Ireland Television (NITV) began collaborating on jointly distributing several programs from their catalogues.

In the production arena, TVS produces the long running E/I series Real Life 101, syndicated in over 85% of the USA.

The Television Syndication Company, Inc. is registered in the State of Florida, USA. Cassie M. Yde is the company’s sole officer and stockholder.


The Television Syndication Company was formed in 1989 by Robert and Cassie M. Yde. Prior to forming TVS, Bob Yde was instrumental in producing television specials such as Miss UniverseMiss USA, The America's Junior Miss PageantSenior Bowl FootballThe Orange Bowl Parade and Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade for America's ABC, CBS, and NBC television networks.

Cassie Yde joined Mr. Yde in 1969 and the partnership resulted in the creation of additional television programming for the major U.S. television networks and such international networks as CBC and CTV in Canada, the BBC in the United Kingdom and the SABC in South Africa. The Ydes also traveled to virtually every corner of the world to produce television series and specials for worldwide distribution.

Mr. Yde passed away on December 18, 2006. His career as an experienced television producer, director and writer earned him much respect in the industry.
